Office Manager

Job description

The role

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, high energy Office Manager to join the team. You’ll take ownership of ensuring our Head Office in London runs smoothly and ensuring our office is a great place to work.


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for anything in the office environment including building management
  • Culture: arranging social and team events
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the office and giving them a great first impression
  • Proactively considering how the office could be a nicer place to work
  • Ordering in food/ drink/ coffee/ donuts
  • Booking travel and accommodation for the senior leadership team if required
  • Ordering in stationary or IT equipment as needed
  • Managing third parties such as cleaners, contractors and the plant people!
  • Taking ownership of health and safety within the office
